Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the deployment pipelines for both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning workflows to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines for AI applications.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and image processing methods.
- Ability to develop and maintain scalable, production-quality AI systems.
- Competence in integrating AI services within both cloud and on-premises environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
