We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer to join our AI team as a key contributor to model development and training. In this role, you will work on building, training, and improving machine learning models, preparing and curating datasets, and contributing to model accuracy, performance, and scalability. The role involves hands-on work with modern machine learning techniques, including transformer-based and representation learning models, in close collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and product partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.

• Prepare and process large datasets for model training and inference.

• Implement and optimize model architectures for data linking and representation learning.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production workflows.

• Analyze model performance and suggest improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).

• Understanding of embeddings, transformer models, and modern ML workflows.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning transformer or embedding models.

• Familiarity with model tracking and version control (Git, MLFlow, Jupyter).

• Experience in scalable ML systems and data infrastructure.
