QualificationsWhat You’ll Do
Build a scalable automation platform that supports a variety of AI use cases.
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions and agent-based systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, architects, and platform engineers.
Contribute to the evolution of the AI automation platform, ensuring robustness, performance, and maintainability.
Explore and implement state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
Participate in architectural decisions and help define best practices for AI engineering across the organization.
Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable persistent, context-aware agent behavior across workflows.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in software development.
Experience in machine learning, ideally with a focus on AI, automation, or intelligent agents.
Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Workato, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and frameworks for agent orchestration such as LangChain, Vertex AI Agent Builder, or OpenAgents.
Hands-on experience with vibe-coding, prompt engineering, and designing agent workflows.
Understanding of scalable system design and distributed computing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Bonus: Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, or orchestration platforms.
