What will you be doing in this role?
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions in operational environments.
- Implement NLP, LLM, and classic data science projects using Python.
- Optimize and maintain AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for models, processes, and data pipelines.
- Defend and explain AI implementations and design choices confidently in technical discussions.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Master degree in IT or related field and 9 years of professional experience in IT.
- Strong Python programming skills with hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Proven experience in building operational AI solutions from data ingestion to deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP and LLMs.
- Knowledge of classic data science techniques: regression, classification, clustering, feature engineering.
- Ability to demonstrate practical AI projects in past roles or portfolios.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver quick wins with AI solutions.
- Fluent in English, at least at a level B2.
