You’ll be focused in
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions
• Designing, developing and deploying AI models and algorithms for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful features and insights for model training
• Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy
• Implement and optimize AI/ML models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time inference

In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or related role
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models and generative AI models in production environments
• Experience in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python
• Strong experience in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI/ML services including generative AI technologies
• Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and a product-thinking approach.
• Great communication skills in English, both written and spoken
