About Us
Mobidea is a CPA affiliate network that sits within a digital marketing group alongside IconPeak (mobile performance agency) and Traffic Bar (ad network). We’re in the middle of turning the company into an AI-first affiliate marketing business — the goal is to build infrastructure that lets AI agents run as affiliates. We’re moving from a traditional CPA network to AI-native tooling and, eventually, an Offer Exchange API.
About the Role
We’re hiring an AI Manager to own AI across the group as we turn Mobidea into an AI-first affiliate marketing company. That means shipping AI systems across all three businesses — MCP-native APIs, Agent Starter Kit, AI bots, creative engines, compliance automation, and internal tools. This is a hands-on execution role, not a research position.
You’ll report to the CEO and work with the engineering team across a three-layer strategy: keep our CPA network sharp (Layer 1), build AI-native affiliate infrastructure with MCP servers and agent tooling (Layer 2), and start laying the groundwork for the Offer Exchange API (Layer 3). What You’ll Do
• Ship AI bots, autonomous agents, and MCP-native tooling across the three business units
• Build out our AI-native affiliate infrastructure: MCP server, Agent Starter Kit, creative engine, compliance automation
• Wire up AI pipelines with Anthropic, OpenAI, MCP, and integration platforms (Airtable, HubSpot, n8n) to connect offers with agent workflows
• Scale AI-generated creatives across ad formats (Meta, TikTok, native, push) so agents can launch campaigns without waiting on designers
• Set up automated compliance and fraud detection — real-time validation of creatives and offer rules for agent-run campaigns
• Build AI prospecting tools that find advertisers across networks and pull them into Mobidea
• Keep up with the AI tooling landscape, test new models and frameworks, track what’s working
• Manage AI vendor relationships and budgets; onboard early agent pilot partners
What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid hands-on experience with LLM platforms (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT), MCP (Model Context Protocol), API integrations, and agent architectures
• You’ve actually built and shipped AI products, bots, or automation workflows — not just prototypes
• Familiar with agent frameworks and workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• You get how affiliate networks, CPA/CPL models, and media buying work
• Professional English proficiency; Portuguese is a strong plus
Nice to Have
• Contributed to open-source AI agent frameworks or dev tooling
• Produced AI-generated creatives at scale (ad copy, landing pages, visuals)
• Hands-on with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or RAG
• Built Telegram bots, LinkedIn automations, or messaging integrations
