Job Summary
- The AI Lead is responsible for bringing Connectly's AI platform to clients. You will be responsible for the success of a group of clients, from designing and implementing journeys, defining new AI features, and developing relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver AI expertise
- Lead AI team and leverage our AI platform to work with clients and create amazing experiences for end users
- Build strong relationships with clients, helping them drive their AI strategy and addressing their concerns
- Create a feedback loop between clients and the Engineering / Product teams
- Account Expansion
- Understand the main challenges and opportunities to grow AI applications in customer journeys, and work with clients and product to address them
- Define, monitor, and report client success metrics, improving them over time
- Present results and expansion proposals to different stakeholders
- Practical Implementation
- Lead the implementation of AI solutions for complex and specific client problems
- Adjust product implementation based on data analysis and client feedback
- Collaborate with the Product team to solve problems and suggest improvements

Requirements:
- Being located in Brazil
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a management consultants, engineer, business analysts, product manager or in a similar role in an AI company
- Experience in project management and client or stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical background and ability to connect with technical teams
- Engineering / technical experience is a plus
- Excellent collaboration skills across different areas (Sales, Engineering, Product)
