As an AI/Gen AI Consultant, you will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence within the business context. You will analyze processes, identify areas for AI enhancement, and design AI solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Your role will bridge the gap between technical AI expertise and business acumen, ensuring the successful integration and delivery of AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate client business processes to identify AI integration opportunities.
Design AI strategies and solutions that align with client business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI systems.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on machine learning models.
Guide on data governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance.
Stay updated on AI trends and technologies for cutting-edge solutions.
Facilitate training and change management for AI adoption.
Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements.
Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Build and maintain client relationships for continuous support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in AI technologies and methodologies.
Strong understanding of machine learning, data analytics, and AI algorithms.
Proof of good stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive initiatives for both external clients and internal teams, offerings and drive sales.
Be a trusted advisor to clients based on your expertise and experience from the field.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Scandinavian Languages and English.
