* Ensure briefs are complete before they hit the production team
* Manage feedback rounds and approvals between clients and producers
* Keep an overview across multiple clients and formats running in parallel

* Background in production coordination, project management, or studio operations — ideally in fashion, e-commerce, or content
* You're organized, direct, and calm under pressure
* You know how to move things forward without being pushy
* Strong communicator — you can talk to a client and a producer in the same day and adapt accordingly
* Comfortable with fast turnarounds and shifting priorities
* Ability to work on-site in Hamburg at least three days per week
