🎓Profile Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

🛠️ Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, ML engineering, or AI-related roles

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies in a production or near-production context

• Experience working with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, and/or AWS Bedrock

• Experience building RAG-based applications using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, Chroma, FAISS, or equivalent)

• Experience developing APIs and automation scripts in Python

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agents, LLM orchestration, and model evaluation techniques

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions in production environments

• AWS certifications: Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Specialty, or AI Practitioner

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Open WebUI, or MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• Knowledge of MLOps practices

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker

• Exposure to enterprise security, compliance, and AI governance frameworks

• Background in insurance, banking, healthcare, or other regulated industries

• Experience building AI copilots, knowledge management tools, or document intelligence platforms

🧩Responsabilities

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, and other foundation models

• Build and deploy Agentic AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar

• Develop and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources

• Deploy and manage AI workloads in AWS environments — including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch

• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, CRMs, ITSM platforms (including ServiceNow), and internal systems

• Implement monitoring, observability, governance, and security controls for AI applications

• Collaborate with solution architects, stakeholders, and development teams to define AI use cases and technical requirements

• Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations

• Support AI solution deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
