We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic AI Engineer to join our Innovation Team in London, United Kingdom. As a AI Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge artificial intelligence projects, collaborating with experienced professionals across our global team to develop and implement AI solutions that drive our organisation forward.

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI agents and machine learning models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems using AI techniques
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for machine learning algorithms
• Implement and optimise machine learning algorithms and deep learning models
• Participate in the entire machine learning pipeline, from data collection to model deployment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered features and products
• Assist in the evaluation and improvement of existing AI models and systems
• Document technical processes and maintain organised code repositories
• Participate in regular team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Programming skills, especially Python, with knowledge of R or Java being advantageous
• Experience with AI (Google Vertex, OpenAI) and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) or similar
• Understanding of Agentic AI architectures, toolsets and approaches 
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, 
• Understanding of AI/ML development tools / platforms, algorithms, techniques, and best practices
• Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Demonstrable passion for AI and machine learning through academic projects or internships
• Participation in AI competitions or hackathons is desirable
• Familiarity with natural language processing or computer vision is a plus
