Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI models that improve customer experience and automate IT and HR support tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the existing platforms and services.
  • Conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate on design based on testing results.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, continuously improving AI systems.
  • Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and transparency within the team.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficient in LLM frameworks such as GPT-4o and LLama 3.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and libraries.
  • Experience with AI model deployment and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with NLP concepts
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
