We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Engineering Consultant ready to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of what’s possible with Generative AI. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI client solutions. The Work:
Champion the creation of innovative Gen AI products by collaborating with designers, product managers, data engineers, and others to enable impactful, client-ready Gen AI solutions.
Design innovative solutions by translating complex client business problems into practical, functional solution architectures that drive measurable impact.
Prototype and explore innovative GenAI solutions by developing proof of concepts and pilots to rapidly test and prove transformative opportunities for clients.
Deploy end-to-end solutions tailored to organizational needs, spanning machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent agents, ensuring scalable and sustainable delivery.
Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging Gen AI technologies with ecosystems and developing proprietary AI applications.
Actively support business development and Gen AI related pitches and demos to support client engagements.
Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, GenAI frameworks, Agentic AI and related technologies to help inform practice offerings.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
A University degree is required for this position.
3+ years of AI engineering experience including hands-on development and deployment of Deep Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
Strong product intuition and an entrepreneurial mindset to lead enablement of important AI programs for our clients.
Proficiency with Python and experience with API integration with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI).
Experience in managing large language model (LLM) solutions to generate solutions across different mediums (e.g. text, image, video, etc.) and with programmatic tooling (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere, etc.).
Practical experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
Experience in developing and supporting LLMOps capabilities such as performance monitoring, alerting and versioning.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Eligibility to obtain Security Reliability clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
Nice to Have:
Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
Experience with client-facing projects and participating in business development proposals in consulting, agency or other business-related services.
End-to-end experience of enabling Gen AI applications or agentic systems, from initial conception to launch.
Strong communication skills, with experience translating complex topics to senior leadership.
Previous presentation experience at leading industry conferences and publications within the areas of customer analytics, data and AI.
Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and experience with implementing guardrails, content filters, and fallback strategies to ensure safe and reliable AI adoption.
Certifications related to data and Gen AI services on Azure, GCP, AWS and Databricks, as well as Adobe and Salesforce.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
