About the AI Team

We are a remote first team (Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Italy). The team is composed of a group of talented Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers and Full Stack Engineers. This allows us to bring different perspectives, experiences, and ideas to the table, making our work richer and more impactful.

We work in "tribes" which are composed by multidisciplinary colleagues (product managers, analysts, and engineers). Depending on the tribe we use Scrum or Kanban. Your work will have a direct impact on our products, our customers, and our success as a company. We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic development team.

Location: remote within the EU

Why this role is exciting

• Chance to work closely with Product Manager,  Data and ML Engineers on AI-driven products.

• High ownership: new features, scalable architecture, real user impact.

• Expected projects range from further developing the standalone AI coaching solution, to spearhead greenfield AI projects.

What we're looking for

• Strong background in backend experience (Python or Node.js).

• Have built LLM-powered apps (e.g., features that use OpenAI APIs, Claude, or similar).

• Can demonstrate real-world experience, not just toy projects or coursework.

• Have a product mindset — care about building prodcuts that work reliably and serve users.

Important to have

• Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, etc.).

• Experience with vector DBs (Milvus), or RAG pipelines.
