Opportunity 

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that enhance business processes and solve complex problems. This position is ideal for individuals with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science who are passionate about building intelligent systems capable of learning, adapting, and optimizing over time. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate AI into existing software and infrastructure, ensuring AI models align with organizational goals and deliver real-world value. This role requires a deep understanding of Machine Learning, Statistics, Data Science, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multimodal models. The AI Engineer will also help with translating project requirements into strategic solutions, ensuring the integration of cloud-native tools from major hyperscalers and machine learning to create chatbots, optimizations, and cognitive services. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between intricate business challenges and transformative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing, building, implementing, and maintaining industrial AI/ML/Generative AI applications. Leadership skills are essential to implement the latest AI techniques and to continuously improve the AI/ML development, delivery, and operations process. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve problems and enhance functionality 

• Develop and maintain AI pipeline for deploying models into production environments 

• Work closely with data scientists, stakeholders and product managers to build and deploy AI solutions  

• Identify opportunities for AI applications to drive innovation and efficiency 

• Improve the performance of AI models and systems for scalability and real-time applications 

• Ensuring AI models operate efficiently adjusting based on statistical analysis and large datasets 

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that inform AI development 

• Implement AI solutions into existing software systems to enhance functionality and user experience 

• Stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning frameworks, incorporating new methodologies as needed 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred 

• Hands-on experience in AI development, data analysis, and machine learning techniques 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure for AI deployment and scalability 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments 

• Knowledge of neural networks, Natural Language Processing, and predictive modeling 

• Experience working with big data, data pipelines, and statistical analysis tools
