Job Description
- Platform Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our AI platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our global client base, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
- IT Services: Handle installations, applications, and helpdesk support, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
- Client Database Management: Manage and maintain the client database, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to integrate new features and improvements to the platform.
Qualifications
- Experience in AI and Healthcare: Proven experience in AI engineering, with a background in the healthcare industry being a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in platform maintenance, IT services, installations, and helpdesk support.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service, with the ability to address and resolve client issues effectively.
- Reliability: 100% reliability for the duration of the contract, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted service.
- Knowledge of Pax: Familiarity with Pax systems and eHR is preferred.
