Location: Remote/Hybrid (subject to contract requirements)

Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Data Engineering
- 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI technologies
- Experience with healthcare datasets, including Medicare, Medicaid, claims, provider, beneficiary, or clinical data
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data governance, and federal compliance requirements
- Experience supporting federal healthcare programs or CMS initiatives is highly preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Databricks, Snowflake, Spark/PySpark
- Healthcare analytics, fraud/waste/abuse detection, risk adjustment, and population health initiatives
