Description

RevGen hires highly motivated AI Engineers with consulting experience who will work collaboratively with client team members to address critical business issues through Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and automation solutions. With a diverse client base, AI Engineers will focus on finding value in client data and offering solutions while ensuring deliverables meet client satisfaction.

Essential Functions

  • Understand client challenges and be able to translate them into a AI solutions
  • Build predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning tools and techniques
  • Discover data insights through exploratory analysis using data science methodologies and toolkits
  • Extract data effectively using query languages
  • Train and implement Generative AI solutions using leading Gen AI cloud services
  • Leverage cognitive services, such as OCR, NLP, and other text analytics tools to create AI solutions that deliver on business objectives
  • Implement automation solutions leveraging AI technologies for intelligence
  • Deploy models into production and be able to measure value for the client
  • Use technology expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to be able to tell a story to clients to drive value
  • Develop relationships with internal and external team members
  • Be a thought leader for your technical team in the AI space

Requisite Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent communication and planning skills with a history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff, and executive management
  • Ability to manage conflict with positive results
  • Ability to understand business as a whole and advocate for the team and the firm
  • Ability to work well with all levels with a diplomatic approach
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and event-driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate scope, and clarify priorities
  • Ability to connect with team members, manage teams, and apply standard project management methodologies
  • Strong technology expertise paired with business acumen
  • Well-organized, independent, self-starter
  • Ability to create a team vision and motivate the team to achieve a common goal
  • Ability to solve challenging technical problems leveraging leading-edge AI technologies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions that meet project objectives

Desired Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in data science, AI, data and related technologies
  • Experience developing data science or machine learning/ AI models and understanding of different techniques
  • Strong SQL and relational database experience
  • Expertise in writing code in Python or R
  • Experience with implementation AI solutions in one-to-many leading cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP), examples include:
    • Azure Open AI, Machine Learning Studio, Cognitive Services, etc.
    • AWS Sage Maker, Bedrock, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), etc.
    • GCP Big Query, Vertex AI, etc.
  • Solid customer-facing skills and business acumen
  • Passion for staying on top of the AI trends

Education, Training & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer engineering, or related discipline
  • Training and certifications will be considered

Compensation and Benefits

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, RevGen offers a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by years of experience, specialized skill sets, and unique qualifications. For the state of Colorado only, the range of base salary pay for this title is $100,000-$150,000.

In addition to base salary RevGen provides a discretionary bonus for performance. Amounts are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance. The target for this title is 6%.
