This role requires expertise in integrating artificial intelligence throughout the software engineering process, including agentic workflows, and intelligent automation. You will build microservices, design user interfaces, and be a key contributor to projects where AI augments capabilities, such as natural language understanding, predictive analytics, and personalized customer experiences. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and launch scalable, secure full-stack applications and microservices using public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Create custom solutions to solve business processes, especially those that require AI technologies.
- Utilize modern backend languages (Python, Go, Node.js) while embedding AI functionality where appropriate.
- Work closely with the Engineers and Product management to innovate and deliver solutions involving AI services, large language models (LLMs), and agentic workflow orchestration.
- Develop robust APIs and integration services to connect AI-powered applications with other enterprise systems.
- Integrate a wide range of AI technologies—including natural language processing, machine learning, generative AI, and AI-powered search—into workflows to automate tasks, enhance user experience, and derive actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom AI agents for workflow automation, customer interaction, personalized recommendations, and predictive analysis within the ecosystem.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code leveraging Agentic Engineering practices that promote an AI development culture.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and AI solution design to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language is important.
- Experience building and deploying applications on a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP), including use of AI services offered by these platforms.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, event-driven systems, and how to orchestrate AI microservices within these frameworks.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as vector databases for AI applications.
- Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases and agentic frameworks for advanced AI-driven applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
