USD $148,500 Gross ($135,000 Base salary + 5% Organizational bonus + 5% Performance Bonus) + Benefits (No bar for a right candidate - please negotiate best and submit.

Must Have:
· AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience required (No limit for a right candidate)
· LLM/AI: Hugging Face, LangChain, Open AI API.
· RAG pipelines: use Hugging Face, LangChain, and Open AI API to architect RAG pipelines and integrate generative AI into enterprise cloud environments.
· Strong communicator — able to translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for operations and executive stakeholders.
· Python, R, SQL, LLM/AI: Hugging Face, LangChain, Open AI API, RAG pipelines.
Good to have skills:
· 2-4 years working in manufacturing domain.
· Experience in shop floor operations, production planning, and systems including MES, SCADA, and ERP. Proficient in industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus) with ability to bridge OT/IT systems for real-time data extraction.
· Applied experience with OEE, Six Sigma, SPC, and lean methodologies to drive measurable gains in yield, uptime, and efficiency.
Skills Required

- 5+ years of AI engineering experience
- Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and Open AI API
