Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions alongside our clients.
- Lead teams assigned to projects.
- Provide technical support and specialized advice during the sales process.
- Conduct needs and requirements analysis to design customized data analytics solutions.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their challenges and objectives, and propose suitable technological solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.
- Support the preparation of responses to RFPs (requests for proposals) and other bidding documents.
- Contribute to the development of technical strategies to promote the company's solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in a technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the AI ecosystem.
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams and collaborating in pre-sales processes.
- Solid understanding of both traditional AI and generative AI solutions, including their practical applications in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record in deploying AI models.
- Understanding of LLM-based architectures and how they integrate into AI solutions.
- Passion for artificial intelligence and strong communication skills to articulate its impact.
- Experience in developing technical strategies, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
- Continuous learner who stays updated on industry trends and emerging AI technologies.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Ability to work in an international environment and adapt to digital and innovative methodologies.
- Experience in preparing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and other bidding documents.
- Effective collaboration with engineering and development teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions
- residence in Spain and very high level of Spanish required
Additional Technical Requirements
- Programming languages: Proficiency in Python.
- AI frameworks and libraries: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
- Cloud platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure for deploying AI solutions.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): Knowledge of techniques and tools such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Agile methodologies: Experience working with Scrum and Kanban.
- DevOps and MLOps: Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- LLMs (Large Language Models): Experience working with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Knowledge of tools such as FAISS, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
