🚀 AI Developer/Engineer (Stealth Startup)
Join a stealth startup founded by a leader with a track record of growing companies from sub-$1M to $10M ARR—twice. We're using the latest in realtime AI chat and locally hosted models to solve everyday problems for frontline employees everywhere. You'll work closely with me and a group of experienced technical leaders as advisors.
What you’ll do:
Turn our demo app into a production-ready MVP
Work with pilot customers to develop successful proof-of-concepts
Bring your energy and creativity to help shape the technical vision for the product
You’ll get hands-on experience working with:
OpenAI realtime API and LLM streaming APIs
Agentic workflows
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
LLMs for deep research and web search
Locally hosted models for secure, low-latency inference
What we’re looking for:
Strong programming skills in Node.js, TypeScript and Python (or similar)
Experience building previous AI applications
Bonus: Experience with real-time applications, LangChain, WebRTC, or LLM fine-tuning
Curiosity to experiment, adaptability to pivot, and a bias toward action
