Must-Have Skills
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and coding discipline
- Python expertise, with experience building real systems (not just research notebooks)
- Willingness to work across the stack — backend, APIs, cloud, and frontend
- Uses AI coding tools as leverage but confident writing code by hand
- Comfort with DevOps basics (Docker, deployment pipelines, cloud environments)
- Ambitious, competitive, and driven to win - takes pride in delivering excellence fast
- Resilience and grit to succeed in a high-pressure, low-structure environment
- Clear communication and product mindset — able to turn feedback into better systems
Bonus Skills
- Experience in Conversational AI and Voice AI systems
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or fine-tuning
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, JS)
- Familiarity with MLOps / CI/CD
- Prior experience in an early-stage startup or small, scrappy team
