Role Overview
As an AI Engineer 2, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying Agentic AI frameworks, Cognitive Automation systems, and Generative AI solutions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic architectures, from design to production deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering principles, combined with expertise in AI model development and integration.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, build, and deploy Agentic AI frameworks that enable autonomous decision-making and task execution.
Develop and implement Cognitive Automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Design and deliver Generative AI applications for diverse use cases, ensuring responsible and ethical AI practices.
Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions: data preparation, model training/customization, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into production environments.
Apply advanced software engineering practices (DSA, design patterns, SOLID principles) to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
Continuously research and adopt emerging AI technologies to strengthen product capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in deploying Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
Strong programming skills in Python; proficiency in SQL and software engineering best practices.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and distributed systems.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience with MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative models, or multi-agent systems.
Exposure to large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
