We’re looking for an AI Enabler to help drive organizational transformation by supporting AI adoption across teams:

• Support teams with their experimentation and evolving needs

• Explore and test new AI paradigms and tools, especially around Generative AI

• Build reusable components to accelerate integration

• Deploy strategic tools and help shape a modular and sustainable AI architecture

Your key missions:

• Explore and test new AI paradigms on real use cases and share learnings

• Help non-ML teams frame, experiment with, and deploy solutions (prompting, evaluation, implementation)

• Develop components that speed up experimentation and integration (evaluation, monitoring, testing, frameworks)

• Identify, test, and deploy strategic tools to accelerate AI usage

• Propose a modular and scalable architecture for critical AI workflows

• Be a driver of innovation and proactive contributor within the organization

Your profile:

• Solid experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field

• Proven track record of deploying AI projects in real-world environments

• Strong autonomy and ability to lead projects end-to-end

• Excellent understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into actionable solutions

• Passion for exploration and tech watch (GenAI, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, fine-tuning, MCPs, etc.)

• Strong command of LLMs (via APIs or open source), RAG techniques, and evaluation/monitoring/observability tools (LLM-as-a-judge, metrics, feedback loops, traces, etc.)

• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks, with experience in deploying solutions to production

• Ability to simplify complex topics and support non-expert teams

• Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid set-up (to cope with the home office - 2 days per week & office working mode)

Recruitment process:

4) Peer interview to review your solution and explore your technical vision
