The AI Enablement Consultant helps clients successfully adopt and use Vivaldi’s AI platform. This role sits between technology, strategy consulting, and training. You will configure AI agents, guide clients through onboarding, help structure their data, and train teams to work effectively with AI in their daily workflows.

This is a hands-on role for someone excited about AI, learning systems, and helping people change how they work. You must be able to work out of our office in Flatiron, NYC at least 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding for the AI platform
  • Configure and customize AI agents for client needs
  • Guide clients through data setup (projects, people, time, expenses)
  • Train client teams on how to use agents effectively
  • Translate client workflows into agent skills and tools
  • Troubleshoot early adoption issues and usage gaps
  • Partner with product and engineering to surface improvement needs
  • Act as the day-to-day AI guide for clients during transition

  • Not just a tech strategy role
  • Not a pure technical engineering role
  • Not traditional customer support

Ideal Background

  • 2–4 years experience in consulting, ops, customer success, or tech-enabled services
  • Strong communicator, comfortable leading client sessions
  • Curious about AI and fast learner with new tools
  • Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Excited to teach, configure, and improve systems
  • Comfortable being “on the field” with clients

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS onboarding or implementations
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation, or analytics

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, which is determined by a number of factors including prior experience, education, skills, and geographic location. In addition to our base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including performance based bonuses to full-time employees.
