What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations;
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen);
- Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites;
- Debug and resolve complex production issues;
- Analyze customer profiles for risk management and onboarding;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams;
- Mentor and develop other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence;
What You Need To Succeed:
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development;
- Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills;
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and complex distributed systems at scale;
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulatory requirements;
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka);
- Advanced English communication skills;
