We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digitalization Specialist to join the Corporate Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/automation & digitalization solutions (in collaboration with ASML’s central IT organization) to optimize the aforementioned evaluation process. Role and responsibilities
- Design and deploy machine learning models to analyze end-market demand trends, semiconductor industry roadmaps and value
- Conduct / facilitate data mining and big data analysis to identify trends and insights that can lead to cost reductions and improved safety measures
- Lead the development and execution of data automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes
- Design and implement robust data management systems that ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation
- Develop and oversee the integration of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI to optimize corporate marketing activities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and privacy
- Provide expert guidance and support in the deployment of digital solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies
Education and experience
- Bachelor of science in computer science engineering or related engineering or data science discipline from an accredited university, MSc or PhD is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data automation and digitalization, preferably within the semiconductors industry
- Strong knowledge of data modeling (in particular MS Excel), database design and data warehousing principles (SAP S/4 HANA)
- Experience with data visualization tools and platforms (In particular Power BI and Spotfire)
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead complex digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
