AI & Digitalization Specialist

And the corporate marketing team within ASML is responsible for evaluating the potential opportunity for these solutions across ASML's core markets.

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digitalization Specialist to join the Corporate Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/automation & digitalization solutions (in collaboration with ASML’s central IT organization) to optimize the aforementioned evaluation process. Role and responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning models to analyze end-market demand trends, semiconductor industry roadmaps and value
• Conduct / facilitate data mining and big data analysis to identify trends and insights that can lead to cost reductions and improved safety measures
• Lead the development and execution of data automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes
• Design and implement robust data management systems that ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation
• Develop and oversee the integration of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI to optimize corporate marketing activities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and privacy
• Provide expert guidance and support in the deployment of digital solutions
• Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies

Education and experience

• Bachelor of science in computer science engineering or related engineering or data science discipline from an accredited university, MSc or PhD is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data automation and digitalization, preferably within the semiconductors industry
• Strong knowledge of data modeling (in particular MS Excel), database design and data warehousing principles (SAP S/4 HANA)
• Experience with data visualization tools and platforms (In particular Power BI and Spotfire)
• Familiarity with cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
