Tasks:
- Own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI digital platforms (AI website and related content hubs)
- Manage end-to-end content operations (updates, structure, accuracy, governance)
- Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and product success metrics
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements
- Collaborate with UX/UI, development, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Ensure content governance, compliance, and brand alignment
- Improve user experience, navigation, and engagement based on data and feedback
- Lead planning, testing, and release cycles for digital updates
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in product ownership / digital product management
- Experience delivering digital products in complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management in matrix organizations
- Ability to define roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, and user journeys
- Strong communication and requirement translation skills
- Experience working with content management or digital platforms
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives
- Preferred: experience with UX/UI and analytics teams
- Preferred: familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target) and SharePoint
- Preferred: basic HTML / JavaScript knowledge
