Tasks:

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI digital platforms (AI website and related content hubs)
  • Manage end-to-end content operations (updates, structure, accuracy, governance)
  • Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and product success metrics
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, development, analytics, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure content governance, compliance, and brand alignment
  • Improve user experience, navigation, and engagement based on data and feedback
  • Lead planning, testing, and release cycles for digital updates

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years experience in product ownership / digital product management
  • Experience delivering digital products in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong stakeholder management in matrix organizations
  • Ability to define roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, and user journeys
  • Strong communication and requirement translation skills
  • Experience working with content management or digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives
  • Preferred: experience with UX/UI and analytics teams
  • Preferred: familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target) and SharePoint
  • Preferred: basic HTML / JavaScript knowledge
