AI Development Specialist

Toradex is looking for an AI Development Specialist to join its global AI team and build enterprise AI solutions that drive productivity, automation, and business transformation across the organization.

This is a hands-on development role focused on designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI-powered solutions, AI Agents, and business automations that create measurable value across our Customer Value Streams.

• Develop AI-powered applications and business solutions.
• Build AI Agents, copilots, and Generative AI solutions.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, collaboration platforms, databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Design automation workflows and intelligent business processes.
• Optimize prompts, models, integrations, and user experience.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions.

• Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas-SP.
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong software development experience .
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience implementing RAG and knowledge-based AI solutions.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, collaboration, and analytics solutions.

• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, HubSpot, or similar business platforms.
• Containerization and modern deployment approaches (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• AI security, governance, and observability concepts.

• Delivery of high-quality AI solutions.
• Fast and effective implementation of business requirements.
• Reliable, scalable, and secure AI applications.
• Strong adoption and measurable business impact.
