As part of our strategic ambition to become an AI-First bank, we are seeking an AI Development Adoption — a passionate technologist and strategic influencer who will accelerate the adoption of generative AI and development-oriented AI tools across our global technology teams.

In this role, you will implement cross-functional initiatives to integrate state-of-the-art AI tooling in software development workflows. You will work at the intersection of technology, change management, and culture, helping our engineering community unlock new levels of productivity and innovation.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

AI Tooling & Technology Integration

  • Evaluating, piloting, and scaled adoption of AI-powered development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot X, Cognition Devin, Amazon CodeWhisperer).

  • Partner with software engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to embed generative AI in CI/CD pipelines, microservices architectures, and developer toolchains.

  • Identify and define metrics to track adoption, performance, and developer impact.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Execution

  • Drive cross-functional adoption initiatives involving IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.

  • Champion best practices in integrating cloud-native AI solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP) and scalable system architectures.

  • Collaborate with product owners and platform leaders to align AI tooling adoption with business priorities and technical roadmaps.

Change Management & Capability Building

  • Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for a wide range of audiences, including developers, executives, and business teams.

  • Design and deliver education, enablement, and communication strategies to build awareness and skills across technology teams.

  • Detect and address organizational resistance to change, ensuring sustainable cultural adoption.

Professional Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in technology roles. (Required).

Hard Skills

  • Expertise in software engineering and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, microservices, infrastructure as code). (Required).

  • Experience integrating APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and AI tooling into development environments. (Required).

  • Experience deploying or promoting generative AI tools in enterprise software development environments. (Preferred).

  • Background in AI/ML with a strong interest in developer productivity, innovation, and AI-first culture. (Preferred).

  • Familiarity with organizational change models and upskilling frameworks. (Preferred).
