Currently, we are looking for an AI Developer in Poland.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Designing and developing Generative AI agents.
- Following best practices in the GenAI field (including MCP, A2A, RAG methods).
- Being responsible for recommending new approaches and driving AI solution innovation.
Your key skills:
- Programming Proficiency: strong skills in Python or an equivalent programming language, with an emphasis on continuous up-skilling in Python.
- Familiarity with AI Tools: knowledge of LangGraph or similar tools for building and managing AI workflows.
- Thought Leadership: ability to provide thought leadership focused on Generative AI patterns and practical use cases.
- Software Engineering Foundations: solid understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and tools to ensure maintainable, scalable code and solutions.
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in the area of design and development.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
What sets you apart (we’d consider any of these as a big plus):
- Experience in fine-tuning smaller models.
- Cloud skills (AWS/Azure).
