We are seeking a motivated AI Developer to design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that support business and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI concepts, hands-on project experience, and the ability to work in a consulting or professional services environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement AI and machine learning solutions aligned with business requirements.
Participate in end-to-end AI development projects, including data preparation, model development, testing, and deployment.
Analyze business problems and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Evaluate, test, and optimize AI models to ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Support clients during implementation and post-deployment phases.
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analysis, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics fundamentals.
Minimum 3 years of experience working on AI development projects.
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to understand complex problems and propose AI-based solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or related technologies.
Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with data platforms, cloud-based AI services, or MLOps practices.
Experience working with government or large enterprise clients.
