AI Developer (Generative AI & Azure OpenAI Focus)

OZ Digital is looking for an AI Developer with experience in generative artificial intelligence to join our innovative team. In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, and implementing advanced solutions using generative models, particularly leveraging Azure OpenAI to solve complex business problems.

Job Description

As an AI Developer at OZ Digital, you will be responsible for creating and implementing web solutions based on generative AI, working with models such as GPT-4o, Llama, and Phi3. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that utilize orchestrators like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex, using the RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pattern to optimize the accuracy of generative responses.

Responsibilities

· Generative Model Implementation: Create and implement solutions using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, and other advanced tools.

· Cloud Integration: Deploy and optimize solutions on Azure OpenAI, using services such as Prompt Flow, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure Web App to ensure scalability and efficiency.

· RAG Application: Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns using AI Search, CosmosDB, or Azure SQL to enhance the accuracy and relevance of generative models.

· Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with product, data, and technology teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

· Model Evaluation and Improvement: Test, optimize, and continuously refine generative models in production.

· Upper-intermediate English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· 3+ years of experience in a role as an AI Developer or similar position.

· Experience with Generative Models: In-depth experience with models like GPT-4, Llama, Phi3, including fine-tuning and customization.

· Advanced NLP Techniques: Experience in natural language processing and text generation patterns.

· RAG Implementation: Experience with RAG patterns for language models.

· Knowledge of LLM Models: Experience using Function Calling, Prompt Flow, Azure AI Studio, or Azure Open AI Studio.

· Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, along with knowledge of web development (React, for example).

Specific Tools and Technologies

· Azure OpenAI Services: Integration of AI services in Azure.

· Azure AI Services: Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Azure services related to AI.

· Azure WebApps and Azure Functions: Implementation of web applications and serverless functions in Azure.

· Azure Machine Learning: Training, deployment, and management of models (optional).

· CI/CD and DevOps: Basic knowledge of GitHub Actions.

· Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for production deployments (optional).

Preferred Skills

· Advanced Python Development: Knowledge of best practices, frameworks, and code optimization.

· Knowledge of Azure Environments: Especially in AI-related services.

· Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
