The position
We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As the AI Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced machine learning models and data-driven solutions in close collaboration with the Global People Analytics team.You will, along with the team members, play a pivotal role in executing the AI strategy in HR DD&IT in close alignment with Global People Analytics - and the AI CoE's overall objectives.
Moreover, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to extract valuable insights from HR data
  • Collaborate closely with People Analytics team to identify AI opportunities and develop AI-driven applications
  • Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and other AI applications to optimize HR processes, enhance decision-making, and support other HR initiatives
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and HR analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation


Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
Moreover, you have the following requirements:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of data management and analytics experience
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions in a professional settin
  • Experience with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI-related technologies
  • Experience with managing diverse stakeholders across different geographic locations with a proactive and innovative mindset
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Experience with working in AWS and Snowflake including programming languages, such as SQL and Python is an advantage
  • Previous exposure to SAFe/Agile methodology is advantageous

As AI Data Scientist, you will be joining our great team which consists of Data Engineers and AI/ML Scientists who together cultivate a culture of innovation. We are a dynamic and ambitious group, constantly pushing the boundaries of data engineering and AI while collaborating closely with the People Analytics CoE and the business. We work agile to efficiently support Global P&O's digital journey and keep always focus on value creation and continuous learning.
