Do you have experience with commercial and open-source LMMs  (Large Multimodal Models)? Are you interested in working in a dynamic and collaborative environment focusing on continuous improvement?

We are looking for an AI Data Scientist to join our team, supporting us in developing AI-based prototypes and products that can include generative AI models. An organized, communicative, and proactive person willing to analyze data in various formats, build data processing pipelines, and develop ML/AI models that deliver valuable insights to end users. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

• Developing prototypes and AI-powered products using both generative and non-generative AI models;
• Analyzing and processing data in different formats (text, tables, images, scripts in various programming languages, etc.);
• Designing and implementing data pipelines for ML/AI models;
• Training (fine-tuning) and deploying generative AI models for inference;
• Contributing to AI-driven solutions, such as:
• AI models for detecting vulnerabilities in code;
• AI models for analyzing data breaches and identifying cases impacting customers.

Indispensable Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an exact sciences field;
• Strong knowledge of statistics, Python, and machine learning, including generative AI models;
• Experience with LMMs, both commercial and open-source;
• Experience in training (fine-tuning) and using (inference, prompt engineering) multi-modal generative AI models;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in cybersecurity;
• Experience with AWS services (beyond machine learning), Docker, and inference frameworks (especially vLLM);
• Postgraduate degree in machine learning or a related field with ML applications.
