Responsibilities
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) and overseas platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, G2, PitchBook, etc.) for market research and industry intelligence analysis.
- Collect, clean, classify, label and standardize data to build a reliable data set and business knowledge base.
- Ensure the integrity of CRM (HubSpot) data, manage data entry and field standards, and support related business systems.
- Analyze sales processes and sales channel indicators (lead generation, conversion rate, transaction cycle, closing rate, sales channel health status, etc.), build dashboards and provide actionable insights.
- Track the activities of the sales team, evaluate efficiency, and propose process improvement suggestions.
- Support the daily operation and optimization of CRM and sales tools (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.) and collaborate with multiple teams to promote workflow automation and efficiency improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in data science, statistics, business analytics, computer science, marketing or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or those with internship experience in data operations, market research, sales operations or business analysis, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Solid data analysis skills; candidates with basic SQL knowledge will be given priority.
- Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot); understand sales processes and sales funnel management.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility for data quality.
- Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious about artificial intelligence and data technology, and have strong self-learning ability.
