An empty job that is KPMG Israel's Digital Transformation team is looking for an AI & Data Consultant to join our growing practice.
In this role, you will work with leading Israeli and global organizations, helping them define and implement AI-driven business and technology strategies. You will combine consulting, innovation, and technology expertise to drive AI adoption, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do:
- Lead and support AI transformation and digital strategy projects.
- Translate business needs and AI opportunities into clear functional and technical requirements, solution concepts, and actionable implementation plans.
- Analyze business challenges and identify AI, GenAI, and data-driven opportunities.
- Develop AI roadmaps, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct AI maturity assessments and technology evaluations.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices.
- 1-2 years of experience in AI, Data, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Product, or related technology-focused roles.
- Ability to bridge business and technology, translating business needs into practical AI, data, and technology solutions.
- Understanding of AI and data solution architectures, system integration, APIs, cloud services, and the key considerations involved in moving from concept to implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, LLMs, cloud technologies, and modern data ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
- Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders is an advantage.
