AI Cultural & Humor Content Specialist
The Role
Role Summary Help train AI to understand cultural context and humor as well as a human does. This position blends evaluation with creative writing, focusing on personality, engagement, and authenticity.
Key Tasks
- Judge AI responses for human-likeness, tone, and relevance
- Label errors and tone mismatches with precision
- Write dialogue samples in varied tones (insecure, casual, formal, witty)
- Explain jokes, pop culture nods, and character archetypes clearly
- Share feedback that improves AI’s personality and relatability
Requirements
Ideal Skills
- Native-level English fluency, especially US conversational style
- Strong pop culture knowledge (movies, TV, internet trends)
- Creativity in short-form writing and tone control
- Detail-oriented mindset for rubric-based evaluation
Nice to Have
- Comedy writing, script editing, or cultural research experience
- Psychology or linguistics background
