We are seeking a highly technical and innovative AI Content Specialist to spearhead our AI-driven content initiatives. This individual will streamline AI tools and workflows, refine prompt engineering, research and implement AI-assisted style guides, and write high-quality content monthly. This role is pivotal in transforming our content processes into industry-leading models for efficiency, compliance, and creativity.
Responsibilities
- AI Tools & Workflow Optimization:
- Evaluate and implement AI tools and workflows to enhance the content creation process.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to our needs.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools into existing systems.
- Prompt Engineering:
- Develop, refine, and maintain prompt libraries for ChatGPT and other AI tools and automation to ensure maximum efficiency and output quality.
- Test and iterate prompts to achieve desired content styles and objectives.
- Style Guide Development:
- Research and create AI-compatible style guides to standardize content outputs.
- Implement the client style guides into ChatGPT and other AI tools for consistent tone, voice, and quality.
- Train team members on using these AI-enabled guides effectively.
- Content Production:
- Use AI tools to produce high-quality written content, scaling over 2 million words per month for our clients.
- Ensure content aligns with organizational goals, audience needs, and established standards.
- Review and edit AI-generated content to meet publication requirements.
- Legal & Ethical Standards:
- Ensure all AI-driven content creation complies with legal and ethical standards.
- Regularly update workflows to align with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
- Research & Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct ongoing research on AI capabilities and use cases in content creation.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation
- Proven experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven workflows.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content production skills.
- Familiarity with legal and ethical considerations in AI content creation.
- Ability to manage large-scale content production efficiently.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in integrating AI tools into existing workflows.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating and implementing style guides in AI platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Technical understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools for content workflows.

- Starting from $60,000; pay commensurate with experience
