REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents and automation tools (e.g., Claude Cowork, or similar) - not just using LLMs for search, but demonstrable experience automating personal or business tasks with AI
- Strong understanding of at least one enterprise process group (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Design-to-Operate, Procure-to-Pay, etc.)
- Proven experience with project scoping, effort estimation and delivery planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business audiences
- Strong negotiation skills for client engagements and stakeholder management
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Critical thinking and structured problem-solving mindset must
- Ability to work effectively as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams

RESPONSIBILITIES
AI Discovery & Client Advisory
- Lead AI Discovery Workshops for large enterprise clients to assess their business readiness for AI implementation
- Evaluate organizational AI maturity and identify automation opportunities aligned with client pain points and strategic priorities
- Identify areas where AI can be scaled across the organization for maximum business impact
- Consult clients on various AI tools and technologies, providing clear recommendations on optimal solutions with supporting rationale
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of AI capabilities and use cases to stakeholders
AI Project Implementation
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders during AI project delivery
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Present project results and outcomes to clients, articulating business value and technical achievements
- Create project scopes, effort estimations, and delivery timelines
Product Development Contribution
- Participate in
Graip.AI - AI Solutions for Document Processing product roadmap discussions and sprint planning sessions
- Bring client feedback, market insights and feature requests gathered from pre-sales meetings and active projects
- Contribute ideas for product improvements based on real-world enterprise use cases
