Position Summary
The AI Consultant Intern works with Sales and Engineering to identify opportunities, define strategies, and prepare clients for successful AI adoption. You’ll participate in discovery sessions, assess readiness, and help design the plans and strategies that guide each engagement toward measurable outcomes.
This internship provides direct insight into the rapidly evolving field of applied AI at The SilverLogic, a six-time Inc. 5000-ranked company known for its innovation and growth, along with its newly launched AI consulting brand, BRDGIT. It’s an opportunity to learn from experienced consultants, engineers, and strategists while contributing to real client initiatives.
The ideal candidate enjoys collaboration and structured problem-solving, values clarity, and stays curious as AI evolves. Confidence in communicating with stakeholders is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Opportunity Definition
- Collaborate with Sales to understand client needs and frame AI opportunities.
- Participate in discovery sessions to define business goals, risks, and priorities.
- Support the delivery of AI Readiness Assessments, Strategy Reports, and Blueprints aligned with BRDGIT’s consulting process.
Solution Planning & Documentation
- Work with AI Engineers to assess technical options and prepare “build vs. use” recommendations.
- Translate client objectives into measurable action plans and clear documentation.
- Create phased implementation roadmaps with cost, timing, and ROI estimates.
Workshops & Continuous Improvement
- Support workshops that build client understanding and foster internal alignment.
- Research, test, and benchmark new AI tools to identify opportunities that enhance client solutions and internal workflows.
- Contribute to refining BRDGIT’s consulting tools, templates, and knowledge base.
Learning Outcomes
- Gain hands-on experience in client discovery, AI strategy, and roadmap design.
- Learn how to translate business goals into structured AI solutions.
- Develop confidence in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understand how consulting, engineering, and implementation connect within real client projects.
- Gain hands-on experience testing and benchmarking emerging AI tools to understand their practical impact and strategic value.

Qualifications
Experience
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Currently pursuing or having completed a Master’s degree in Business or Technology Management is preferred.
- Experience supporting Sales or Pre-Sales through structured analysis, client discovery, and solution planning.
- Deep curiosity and genuine passion for artificial intelligence and its applications, tools, and responsible use.
- True thirst for knowledge and a strong desire to learn and grow in everything AI-related.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3–6 months (flexible start date)
- Location: Hybrid (Boca Raton HQ or remote)
- Time Commitment: 15–25 hours per week
- Mentorship:
Direct support from BRDGIT consultants and PhDAI engineers
