What will you be bringing to the team?
- Document business and functional requirements, and develop business cases.
- Analyze and model business processes and business models.
- Perform risk analysis.
- Support assessment and implementation of AI technologies in business processes, including developing roadmaps for AI deployment.
- Occasionally promote AI awareness and adoption within the organization.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master + 5 years of experience or Bachelor + 9 years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, including at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and information systems.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and solutions applicable to business operations.
- Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams, etc.).
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve or transform processes through AI.
- Experience with large organizational administrative processes.
- Fluent in English (C1) and French (B2); additional EU languages are a plus.
