Title: AI Bot Developer and Business Process Analyst
Location: Pune/Bangalore - Hybrid
Roles and responsibilities:
- Design & Develop Copilot Agents: Use Copilot Studio to create tailored AI-powered agents that meet client specific needs and align with organizational goals.
- Azure AI Integration: Leverage Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services to enhance the functionality and scalability of Copilot solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
- Customization & Optimization: Customize pre-built models, workflows, and integrations to ensure optimal performance of Copilot agents.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, enabling them to maximize the benefits of AI tools and systems.
- Deployment & Monitoring: Ensure smooth deployment of Copilot agents in production environments and monitor performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices for future scalability.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Generative AI Tools: Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or similar platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing workflows, working with APIs, and basic coding (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or similar languages).
- Understanding of AI and Automation: Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, Large Language Models (LLM), and AI solution deployment.
- Communication Skills: Customer and service oriented with ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders and provide user-friendly support.
- Collaboration Skills: Self-driven with strong organizational skills to manage cross-functional activities to deliver solutions on time.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical mindset for addressing challenges and implementing effective AI driven solutions.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft productivity solutions.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines for AI projects.
- Experience from global organizations.
