Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative AI Automation Developer with a strong understanding of automation workflows, AI integration, and custom Large Language Models (LLMs). As part of our dynamic team, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions using tools like n8n, Make and similar platforms. Your work will also involve experimenting with and training LLMs to develop custom AI-powered solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or Vapi.
Design, build, and integrate AI-driven solutions using General AI frameworks and tools. • Train and fine-tune custom LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) based on specific requirements.
Explore and implement the use of LLM APIs for task-specific outcomes (e.g., GPT-4, Llama).
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation needs and provide scalable solutions.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing automation workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
Stay updated on advancements in AI, generative AI, and automation technologies. Document workflows, processes, and code for easy maintenance and scalability.
Required Skills:
Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and tools.
LLM Experience: Knowledge of fine-tuning, training, and deploying custom LLMs using frameworks like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages commonly used in AI and automation development.
API Integration: Experience working with APIs for automation and AI integrations.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing efficient automation workflows.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub for collaboration and code management.
This interviewing process also includes a assessment stage (Technical round) which is mandatory for selection.
