AI (Artificial Intelligence) Strategy & Operations Generalist

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful operator who can lead our early AI efforts.  This role is part detective, part systems thinker, and part builder.  you'll work across teams to map out processes, identify inefficiencies, and prototype solutions using AI tools - without needing to write custom code.  think: ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Perplexity, Claude. 

*This is an onsite/in office postion.*

Responsibilities:

• Run an AI audit: interview teams, document pain points, identify automation candidates
• Rapidly prototype solutions using existing no-code or AI tools
• Design workflows that save time and improve accuracy
• Track impact and iterate
• Build internal playbooks for scalable adoption
• Evangelize smart, ethical use of AI across the org

Requirements:

• Background in BizOps, strategy, product ops, or systems consulting
• Comfort with modern AI and productivity tools
• Process oriented, curious, and self-directed
• Not afraid to hack things together
• Communicates clearly and can work cross-functionally
