AI Applications & Platform Engineer

Seek Now is seeking an AI Applications & Platform Engineer to help business users transform AI-generated prototypes into secure, scalable, production-ready applications. This role bridges business teams, Security, Product, and Engineering to accelerate AI innovation while ensuring strong governance and engineering standards.

Work Environment

Hybrid work environment based in Atlanta, GA, primarily a climate-controlled office setting with options to work remote. The associate must exhibit a professional demeanor consistent with the environment. Courteous team-player attributes are required, as this position interacts with all departments as well as outside vendors and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, secure, and productionize AI-generated applications and prototypes.

• Guide internal users on application architecture, solution design, and AI-assisted development best practices.

• Partner with Security to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before deployment.

• Build and maintain scalable processes, standards, and governance for AI application development.

• Support and maintain applications through deployment and handoff to Product/Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including code review, Git workflows, testing, CI/CD, and SDLC practices.

• Experience deploying and supporting cloud-native applications.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or Codex preferred.

• Experience working in Agile environments and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
