Job Description

In Wix’s world-class data science team, we create algorithms with human-like abilities to enhance the user experience and leverage internal insights far beyond what is possible through traditional engineering. Our projects span a diverse range of technologies such as generative AI, computer vision, forecasting, search, recommendation, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.

We’re in the era of AI breakthroughs, where our team plays a major role in framing Wix's innovative future. The quality of data and data-driven decisions are crucial pillars in building successful AI products, and we’re looking for an AI Analyst to manage data processes and evaluate model performance.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage all data processes for AI models, from data definition and creation to model output evaluation

• Work with large amounts of data across various domains, analyze it, and find ways to leverage insights for model improvements

• Optimize generative AI models for Wix product needs by prompt engineering and adapting evaluation methods for this evolving field

• Define business/product use cases with data scientists and relevant stakeholders (PM, management, etc.) to determine the most suitable solutions

• Work closely with data scientists and product managers to define data requirements, identify gaps, and proactively solve data challenges to create datasets that train and evaluate ML models

• Evaluate model training data and results, conduct in-depth analysis, and build reports to monitor model performance in production

• Optimize data collection and manual labeling processes, managing projects with both in-house labeling teams and external partners

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics

• Experienced with SQL, Excel, and BI tools

• Bonus points for familiarity with Python and the basics of building AI models

• Experienced in applying data and analytics to solve real-world problems and create new solutions

• Organized, self-motivated, and curious about the AI world

• Project management skills, product business understanding, and the ability to lead processes from beginning to end

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver clear results and analysis

• Independent, dedicated, and responsible, you’re a problem solver who can think outside the box

• A team player who also knows how to work independently
