Responsibilities

As an Equipment Sales Representative at our Temple location, you will generate new leads and grow our current customer base across our full range of Kubota equipment lines. Ideal candidates are motivated, self-directed individuals who thrive in a commission-based environment. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of the sales process, strong product knowledge, and the interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. Whether your customer is a weekend warrior tackling a backyard project or a commercial operation running a full fleet, you will be equipped to help them find the right solution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate and develop new sales leads
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Accurately prepare and maintain all sales paperwork and client records
  • Stay current on Kubota's full product lineup, including agricultural, light construction, lawn, and compact tractor equipment
Equipment Salesperson Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior sales experience preferred; equipment or agricultural sales experience a plus
  • Knowledge of agricultural, construction, or outdoor power equipment a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
