Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Regional and Agribusiness Banking team (RAB) are passionately committed to supporting businesses across Australia and helping to build and enhance the financial well-being of our regional communities.
You’ll be responsible for a client base spanning diversified Agribusiness specialisations, providing full banking solutions for customers across Northern Rivers, Tweed Valley NSW and surrounding areas. Ideally you will have a proven track record in business development, including acquisition of new to bank customers, and a well-established network of referral sources.
We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life. This team works between the office, client sites and remotely.
More specifically, you will
- Work closely with agribusiness clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and manage end-to-end new business transactions and develop strong relationships with internal teams to work effectively and collaboratively.
- Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.
